PRIVACY POLICY
The Perfect PC does not share any information obtained through the use of this site or services provided. The Perfect PC however, reserves the right to
use information such as customer testimonies, or any other information to promote, maintain, or increase customer growth.
TERM AND TERMINATION
Without limiting its other remedies, The Perfect PC may immediately discontinue, suspend, terminate, or block your and any user's access to this site at any time in our sole discretion.

CONTROLLING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND INTERNATIONAL USERS
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without reference to its conflicts of laws provisions. The Perfect PC makes no representation that the materials are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of this site. You agree that if a dispute or claim arises between The Perfect PC and you arising out of the use of this site or out of the services you may arrange by use of this site, the exclusive venue for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be the Small Claims, District, or Superior Court of the State of Maryland and Client submits to jurisdiction in those courts, and you agree to pay all attorney’s fees associated with such claim.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between The Perfect PC and you with respect to this Website, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and The Perfect PC with respect to this Website. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement or portion thereof to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of this Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT
We may revise this Agreement at any time and you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. Any such modifications will become effective upon the date they are first posted to this site. It is your responsibility to return to this Agreement from time to time to review the most current terms and conditions. The Perfect PC does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of changes to this Agreement.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
You agree to be bound by any affirmation, assent, or agreement you transmit through this Website, including but not limited to any consent you give to receive communications from The Perfect PC solely through electronic transmission.
You agree that when in the future you click on an "I agree," "I consent," or other similarly worded "button" or entry field with your mouse, keystroke, or other computer device, your agreement or consent will be legally binding and enforceable and the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature
PRICING AND TERMS AGREEMENT
Client agrees to pay a service charge of $95.00 for first hour and $20.00 for every 15 minutes after the first hour for Perfect PC Inc, to come to the Client's location to make the service call. If the location is commercially zoned Client agrees to pay a service charge of $115.00 per hour with 2 hour minimum plus $20.00 trip fee.
Client agrees to pay the following fees in the event of an appointment cancellation: If cancelled 2 to 24 hours before the appointment, $25; if cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointment, $50; and if cancelled after the technician has arrived at the service site, $95. The minimum charge for residential service is $95 (minimum hour service charge) and is due regardless of outcome of service. For commercially zoned clients, there is a minimum charge of $250. Perfect PC reserves the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee for commercially zoned service calls cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed upon appointment date. Perfect PC does not provide billing services to clients unless under an annual or semi-annual service contract. There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks. Perfect PC reserves the right to refuse service as well as to change fees and rates at any time without notice. Client agrees to pay Perfect PC for all charges at the time service is rendered.
Client agrees to release and hold harmless Perfect PC from any and all liability associated with the performance of service or the provision of parts, and acknowledges also that Perfect PC offers no explicit or implied warranty or guarantee on services performed or parts provided, other than the manufacturer's warranty.
Client agrees to release and hold harmless Perfect PC from all liability for damage or loss as well as any incidental or consequential material or financial damage or loss that may result from the actions of Perfect PC its agents or service representatives, even if The Perfect PC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent that a state does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability as set forth herein, The Perfect PC’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law in such states.
Client grants Perfect PC its agents and service representatives, access and permission to physically disassemble any and all computer systems, components, networks, and peripherals. Client grants Perfect PC its agents, and service representatives, permission to perform modification to Client's home or office property for the purpose of installing or troubleshooting computer and networking hardware. Client grants Perfect PC its agents and service representatives, permission to download and install software on Client's computer and network. Client grants Perfect PC its agents and service representatives, permission to install hardware in Client's computer and network.
The exclusive venues for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be the District Court of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, or the Superior Court of the District of Columbia (Washington DC), and Client submits to jurisdiction in those courts. Client further agrees to pay all expenses and attorney’s fees associated with such litigation.
Client agrees that the service technician is an independent contractor whose services were arranged for by Perfect PC and that Perfect PC, does not have control over the manner in which the technician performs his or her services even when advised of possible solutions.
Perfect PC, strongly recommends that Client safeguard critical data by backing up said data prior to any services performed by Perfect PC. All data is considered lost and unrecoverable in the event that the client cannot access said data before service begins. Data may be recovered as a service provided by the onsite technician as an additional service. Recovery is not guaranteed due to possible mechanical failure or data corruption. Unless specifically requested and provided as a paid service by Perfect PC, the Client is responsible for any backup, archiving, or protective storage as well as restoration, if required, of Client's data. Perfect PC is a provider of billable on-site services. Neither the signing of this agreement nor the performance of services by Perfect PC, implies availability of telephone technical support. This document constitutes the entire agreement.
